I called the front desk 3 times, once in the morning again before check out and lastly after arriving home because I forgot something in the room but it just rings and rings with no one to answer.
The room and the property itself was wonderful and well located.

If you’re looking for a great room with a view, the Deluxe Room with CN Tower View is the way to go. Spectacular view!

It’s a nice hotel. My only complaint is that it was priced like 5 star hotel, but it was more like a 4 star hotel.
It’s good points were:
1. Professional and friendly staff,
2. Clean room and sheets
3. Comfortable bedding and pillows
4. Spacious room with foot storage options.
Some points for improvement include:
1. Very low pressure shower
2. No universal power sockets for international guests
3. Out of date usb-a charger
4. Rooms were too cold.
5. Towels were a bit worn.
6. No minibar or in room snacks (but very prompt room service so not really a problem).
This sounds very negative. I had a comfortable and happy stay. I just thought it was overpriced for what it was. I paid $730 AUD per night for 4 nights.

I really liked this property. I honestly stayed for the bath tub that overlooked the city. It was beautiful.
