Things were roomier than we expected. Was super comfy for our family with two TV’s in different rooms making for options for all. Cable was sparse on information and was clumsy to navigate. We love the location within the city.

Truly my favourite place to stay. Every-Time is like coming home. Shirley the front desk Manager is amazing . Each shift of staff knows all their customers. I am a late bird. I conduct business in other countries and at times need documents. I recently shared your suites with my best friend her husband and mother-in-law. They were shocked at the service levels. As much as the application is in process for expansion, can we not just purchase 1602 now? Ana, Rachel, Joseph. Mandy Shella, Mark Jeremy everyone thank you for being there for me. Mel Saba what gifts you all are. You have know Idea how truly amazing your team is.

Overall, the hotel was nice but the customer service was poor. Very argumentative with customers. As they were checking for identification to get back into the hotel after 10pm , they let two people who weren’t listed as members of the room into my room that I paid for and gave me trouble getting into my own room that was under my card.

The amenities in the hotel are excellent. Having a suite with separate bedroom in the centre of downtown Toronto was great. The room decor is a bit tired, but of a good quality, and the bed was really comfortable.
