"I was pleased with the quality of the housekeeping. The heating & cooling system, though, seemed to be rather "challenged". I was told to turn the system off & then start again. Despite following this instruction, I found the room to be quite cool during our stay (despite turning the system to a higher temperature). Fortunately, a second blanket was available. I also found the hide-a-bed to be less than ideal; I think it's time for the Hotel to upgrade the quality of hide-a-beds that they...
