What you can expect

  • Clean your mind and feel happier and healthier through yoga or Yogalates. Release tension, stretch your energy channels, align your body, and tone your muscles to support greater energy flow and help relieve pain and blockages.

I’m a certified yoga teacher and Pilates instructor. I add meditation at the end of your session as a cleansing and empowering practice designed to leave you feeling fresh, renewed, and light.

We will choose either a forest, possibly close to the sea, or, if you prefer, a spot directly on the shore. This setting lets you connect with the elements near the water, recharge with negative ions, and then jump into the sea to refresh yourself.
