Join me for a unique yoga session in the breathtaking Dolomiti of Belluno, the perfect place to reconnect to your inner self, reacharge and heal your body, mind and soul. We will meet at the given meeting point in Ponte nelle Alpi and then I’ll take you to the backyard for a outdoor practice or in my yoga studio, according to the weather and the number of participants. Both locations will provide a peaceful atmosphere in which I will guide you through a 60 minutes yoga session specifically designed to meet your needs and wishes. Through the practice of conscious movement, breathing and meditation you will expand your flexibility of both body and mind entering a deep level of awareness and inner peace. After the session, I will take you back to our meeting point from where you will be free to choose to explore the surrounding nature. I’ll be happy to give you some nice tips!
