Experience yoga at the heart of the elements with this session adapted to beginners. On the program: first discovery, Yinyasa's course on the beach with sea views, meditation to the sound of waves; Then we go hiking-exploration (1.5 km / 15-20 minutes) to discover the coast years old between cliffs and wood. The walk is very pleasant and accessible from the perfectly practicable path which leads to our third discovery: a charming little cove very little frequented and which invites to swim in a relaxing and authentic setting.
This part of the island is a bit undercôt (wrongly) compared to the south but its landscapes will delight all those who wish to know the many facet offered by Guadeloupe.
