Pick-up: ~06:50 from hotels within Xi‘an 2nd Ring Road
Meeting: ~08:00 at Exit C1, Shijie Street Station (Metro Line 3), Qinzhifeng Departure Yard

Grouping Arrangement
This is a shared tour: Day 1 (Terracotta Warriors + Huaqing Palace) and Day 2 (Mount Hua) may have different guides and different group members.If the group has fewer than 8 people (numbers may vary by day), you will share a coach with a Chinese-speaking group. Upon arrival at the scenic area, an English-speaking guide will be provided.

On-site guiding is provided by official museum guides (shared group tour). Please understand.
Morning Pick-up
Pick-up is available within the 2nd Ring Road (full coverage) and at selected hotels within the 3rd Ring Road.
If your hotel is on a small alley, you may need to walk to a nearby location where the vehicle can park.
No seat assignment – seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vehicle Changes
Morning pick-up vehicle → transfers to the meeting point.
A different vehicle will be used for the scenic area transfers.
After the tour (or performance), you may change vehicles for return to downtown (Bell Tower/Drum Tower area).
Please be aware that vehicle changes are necessary due to the shared tour nature.
Itinerary Order
At Huaqing Palace, you will have approx. 1 hour free time after visiting Bingjian Pavilion. Optional paid activities: Xi‘an Incident show or hiking Mount Li (guide does not accompany).
Driving and sightseeing times are estimates; actual times may vary.
The order of attractions may be adjusted due to traffic, season, or other factors.
Mount Hua – Guide Does Not Climb
Due to varying fitness levels, the guide will explain the route and ticket use, then help guests board the cable car. The guide does NOT accompany guests up the mountain.
In the afternoon, the guide will wait at the mountain base for the group to return.
Mount Hua Return Transfer
After descending, please return to the meeting point on time. Return buses operate on a shared shuttle basis (first come, first served) between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM. Buses depart when full to reduce waiting time.
Mount Hua Lunch
No dedicated lunch break. Please bring your own lunch to maximize time on the mountain.
