We'll leave the hotel and head towards the agricultural oasis of Greater Mendoza, which includes the departments of Maipú and Luján de Cuyo, accompanied by the guide, who'll be with us throughout the tour.
We'll visit two wineries in the area, one family-run and one industrialized, to learn about the contrasts and technological differences in the winemaking process. Each winery, with its own style, will give us a tour of the vineyards and facilities, where they'll explain the entire process of making wine up to its sale, ending with a wine tasting at both wineries.
Then, we'll visit an olive oil factory, where we'll learn about the different oil-making procedures and taste all their products. At the end, we'll head back to Mendoza.
