We will depart from the hotel and head towards the agricultural oasis of Greater Mendoza, which includes the departments of Maipú and Luján de Cuyo, accompanied by our guide, who will stay with us throughout the tour.
We will visit two local wineries, one family-run and one industrialized, to learn about the contrasts and technological differences in the winemaking process. Each winery, with its own unique style, will give us a tour of the vineyards and facilities, where they will explain the entire wine-making process, from the grape to the bottle, concluding with wine tastings at both wineries.
We will then visit an olive oil factory, where we will learn about the different olive oil production processes and have the opportunity to taste all of their products. At the end of the tour, we will return to Mendoza City.
