On a total area of 185 hectares, the historic and picturesque estate is used for organic farming, fruit and vegetable gardening, as well as for cattle and pig breeding. Baked goods, meat, sausage and cheese as well as vegetables, fruit, juices, wines, coffee, oils and much more can be purchased in the estate's very own farm stores and in the “Domänenmarkt”.

During the tour, you will learn about the special features of the Domäne Mechthildshausen and gain an insight into the daily work of farming.
