Explore remote mountain passes with spectacular views of glacial lakes and infinite shades of green. Breath in the crisp mountain air with a short guided walk at the Sally Gap with stunning views of Lough Tay and the Guiness Family estate. After a break for lunch at a traditional Irish pub where you can taste the local specialities, it's back on the road to Glendalough. An enchanting 6th century monastic settlement complete with round tower, the jewel of the National Park. Marvel at the history of the hermit priest St Kevin and the enchanting settlement at Glendalough. Hike from the lower lake to the upper lake and discover one of the 'off the beaten track' mountain trails which provide stunning views of the Glacial valley.
Then it's time take an alternate route through the National Park on your return to Dublin city center and your chosen destination.
