What you can expect

In my village, many H’Mong women get married very young and do not always have stable jobs, and I myself am also one of them. When I don’t have trekking guests, my daily life is simple: I take care of my children, bring them to school in the morning, and then go to Sapa to sell small handmade textiles and local products to earn money for my family.
When you join my trek, you are not only walking in the mountains with me — you are also helping me create real work and income to support my children and my home. Your visit truly makes a difference to my family’s life.
For me, this journey is about walking together on the same paths I walk every day and letting you see how my family really lives

Here is my 2-day trekking plan:

DAY 1: SAPA – SA SENG – HANG DA – HAU THAO – TA VAN
In the morning, I first take my two sons to school, then I travel to Sapa to meet you. We start our trek at 9:00 AM from Sapa town.
After a short walk out of town, I lead you along a small mountain path up to Sa Seng.
I used to walk this path when I was young to visit relatives and friends in the mountains.
From the top, you can see:
• Fansipan Mountain (3,143 m)
• A full view of Sapa town
• The Muong Hoa Valley with wide rice terraces
We then walk down to Hang Da village, where H’Mong people live. Along the way, you may see buffaloes, horses, pigs, and children going to school – this is exactly what I see around my village every day.
Around midday, we stop for lunch at a small local restaurant.
In the afternoon, I continue guiding you from Hau Thao to Ta Van along village paths, rice fields, and small streams.
In the evening, you will stay at my own home in Ta Van.
After finishing the trek for the day, I return home and prepare dinner for my family and for you. My husband usually works far from home, so in the evening I take care of most things in the house.
You will have dinner together with my family in a quiet mountain atmosphere surrounded by rice terraces. After dinner, you can relax, talk with me, and enjoy a peaceful night in the villa
DAY 2: TA VAN – LAO CHAI – LAO CHAI SAN – Y LINH HO – SAPA
After breakfast at my home, we continue the second day of trekking.
I guide you from Ta Van to Lao Chai along quiet valley paths. This is where local people grow rice, corn, and raise buffaloes. Depending on the season, you may see planting, harvesting, or buffaloes working in the fields.
From Lao Chai, we continue deeper into Lao Chai San – a less-visited area with beautiful and peaceful rice terraces.
We stop at a small local house where people live and farm, sit down for lunch, and rest before continuing the walk.
In the afternoon, I guide you onward to Y Linh Ho village, surrounded by rolling hills and bamboo forests.
From here, we continue walking back to Sapa along mountain paths.
We usually arrive in Sapa around 3:00 PM.
