Starting out with a block of wood from the Dutch poplar tree, and learn the steps involved in making clogs. Shape the outside of the shoe the old fashioned way, with a big knife, and carve out the inside of the shoe with a sharp spoon. During the workshop, make a wooden shoe per person. You will also receive a beer opener which can be decorated with the help of engraving tools and colorful paint.
At the end of the workshop, you will receive your self-made clog (how finished it is will depend on your clog-making skills). You will also receive a plain bottle opener to take home, which you can optionally paint during the workshop.
