The activity begins with a visit to a house museum, where the daily life of a woman who, according to popular tradition, was branded a coga (witch) is depicted. Here, we will explore the legend in comparison with reality, immersing ourselves in the stories and beliefs of Sardinia in the past.
We will then continue with a journey through myths, rituals, and traditions related to nature. In an evocative corner decorated with symbolic and natural elements, participants will be able to touch local wild herbs and learn to recognize their properties and meanings.
Guided step by step, we will create a handcrafted amulet together, using the herbs we have collected and dried. During the workshop, we will explore in depth the symbolic role of each element and the importance of the ritual gesture, creating a unique object that brings together craftsmanship, history, and tradition.
Finally, the workshop will conclude with a moment of sharing around a fire (or in a cozy space in case of bad weather), where participants will be able to reflect on their experience, enjoy a herbal tea made from local herbs, and take home the amulet they made as a keepsake.
