Our Chef is very friendly & enthusiastic to teach you how to cook some Vietnamese specialties and share valuable knowledge in cuisine culture. *** Cooking Class Menu: - Sua gao - Rice milk - Banh xeo - rice pancake - Cha gio - Spring roll - Goi du du - Papaya salad - Ga chien - Chicken with lemongrass - Com trang - Steamed rice - Seasonal fruit ***If you are vegetarians, ingredients for cooking will surely be changed into veggies (mushrooms, tofu, eggplant).
