- Pick-up and drop-off details will be confirmed between 6:00–7:00 PM the day before, subject to traffic restrictions in Hanoi Old Quarter.
- Pick-up and drop-off availability will be confirmed case by case for each location.
- Children under 4 years old join free of charge without lunch; lunch is available at an additional VND 120,000.
- Children under 4 must sit with parents and cover any applicable entrance fees.
- A private seat for a child is available at an additional VND 150,000 per child.
- The tour itinerary may change depending on traffic and weather conditions.
