What you can expect

If you are curious to learn how to prepare tortellini, you have to try this cooking class. Here is Mamma Ivana who teaches you the tricks of the trade. The lesson is made of a short explanation of the traditional dish: tortellini.
Tortellini are stuffed with meat and served with butter and sage. You'll learn all the ingredients, how to stretch the pasta with a special machine, how is the meat filling, and how to create the perfect Love Knot.
