You will learn to prepare fresh pasta dough and the legendary tiramisù from scratch, with a hands-on approach focused on cold preparations. Due to the structure and timing of the class, cooking and sauce-making are handled by us, ensuring perfect results; however, you are always welcome to join us in the kitchen, observe closely, and discover our techniques and secrets.
Inspired by Venetian tradition, you will explore recipes rooted in seasonal ingredients and local culture.
