Guided by local experts, you'll learn how to prepare traditional pollo pibil cooked underground, accompanied by handmade tortillas.
While the chicken is slowly cooking in the earth oven, you'll enjoy free time to cool off in the cenote, surrounded by crystal-clear water and nature. Upon returning to the restaurant, you'll taste the results of your cooking: pollo pibil accompanied by side dishes, cheese empanadas with chaya, habanero sauce, a non-alcoholic drink, and a typical regional dessert called “El caballero pobre”.
