What you can expect

  • The winery was founded more than 50 years ago and has since then produced wine only from its own grapes. On this tour you will learn more about our designation, the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019, and how Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG is produced.

    After being welcomed to the winery, you will enter the cellar, where the different production processes used will be explained to you. You will then move on to our tasting room to taste 4 labels of Valdobbiadene DOCG:

    • Valdobbiadene DOCG Rive di Farra di Soligo Extra Brut (2 g/L)
    • Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut (6 g/L)
    • Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry (14 g/L)
    • Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Dry (20 g/L)

    Typical cold cuts and cheeses from small local producers will be offered as accompaniments.
