Our chef will take guests on a journey to discover the art of homemade pasta. They will try their hand at making traditional Maremma tortelli, which they will then enjoy during a proper lunch, paired with Val delle Rose wines and a tasting of Morellino di Scansano DOCG.
Before lunch begins, an aperitif will be served in the estate's garden, where a brief introduction to the history of Val delle Rose and its wines will be given.
The experience will conclude with a guided visit of the winery.
