Discover the magic of the winter season at the End of the World with a complete experience that combines history, adrenaline, and picture-postcard landscapes. We'll depart in the morning from Ushuaia to take the legendary National Route No. 3, traveling through the most iconic winter landscapes of Tierra del Fuego.
Our first stop will be at Tierra Mayor, and then we'll continue on to Haruwen. Both are winter resorts of enormous historical value for the people of Tierra del Fuego, specially chosen to offer you an authentic immersion in local tradition and nature. In Haruwen, you'll experience two unforgettable adventures: an exciting guided snowmobile ride across completely white trails and a leisurely snowshoe hike, ideal for connecting in silence with the peacefulness of the winter forest.
The journey continues, ascending the mountain range to the majestic “Paso Garibaldi” vantage point. From this imposing panoramic point, you'll enjoy an unparalleled aerial view of Escondido Lake, sheltered between towering mountains and snow-covered forests; a perfect moment to capture spectacular photographs.
On the way back, we will return to the Tierra Mayor winter resort, where an exquisite lunch awaits us with a prime view of the snowy valley. To top off the day, you'll have free time to relax, play in the snow, and enjoy the surroundings before our drop-off in Ushuaia. A perfect day that combines adventure, history and the true essence of the Patagonian winter season!
