From our home region of Mértola to other renowned wine regions of Portugal, we offer an extensive selection of fine wines.

Our wine tasting experience includes sampling white, rosé, and red wines produced in the Mértola region — or a custom mix of your choice. You will be served three glasses (125ml each) of selected wines, accompanied by a curated selection of regional delicacies and amuse-bouches. Our culinary offerings vary with the seasons and availability, but typically include cheeses, charcuterie, pâtés, sweets, chutneys, fresh or dried fruits, chestnuts, and nuts. If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of booking.

To enhance your visit, you may also choose from a selection of optional add-ons:

• A 45-minute guided tour of the Herdade, where you'll explore the estate's history and discover unique stories behind its traditions.

• A tasting of our local Extra Virgin olive oil, crafted with the same care and authenticity as the wines.
