The hunt takes place in Nugola, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, where you will be welcomed to our private truffle ground, which is recognized and registered by the Tuscany Region. This guarantees that our truffles are controlled, certified and of certified origin, with full respect for the tradition and quality of the region.
The truffle ground is located on a beautiful hill with a panoramic view of the Tuscan vineyards, a place immersed in the tranquility of nature where the landscape offers authentic and unforgettable vistas. Among hazel trees and centuries-old oaks, the particular shape of the terrain and the microclimate of the hill favor the growth of different varieties of truffles, including the prized black truffle, the summer black truffle, and the bianchetto.
Accompanied by a certified truffle hunter and his faithful Lagotto Romagnolo dog, you will take part in a real truffle hunt lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Walking in nature and breathing in the scents of the earth, you will discover the secrets of the Tuscan truffle-harvesting tradition and experience the thrill of searching for truffles freshly extracted from the ground.
At the end of the experience, an exclusive food tasting will await you, set up directly in the truffle grounds, in the shade of the trees, in an intimate and authentic atmosphere surrounded by nature.
You will be offered a platter of Tuscan products including extra virgin olive oil produced by our company, hazelnuts picked directly from the trees on our truffle farm, and a selection of local cheeses and organic honey produced a short distance from our farm, all paired with freshly picked truffles.
The food tasting will be accompanied by a selection of quality local wines carefully paired with the food.
