- If your booking does not yet include a confirmed hotel or assigned meeting point, this information must be sent to our team before the cutoff time on the day before your tour. From Monday to Saturday, the latest time to provide it is 21:50 hrs (GMT-5). On Sundays, the latest time is 8:00 PM (GMT-5). You may send this information through any of our available contact channels. After the cutoff time, last minute pickup arrangements can no longer be processed. If the required hotel or meeting point details are not received on time, the booking will automatically be moved to the next available date. This rescheduling is free of charge and does not include any penalty or additional fee. However, once this automatic rescheduling applies, the reservation will no longer qualify for a refund
