What you can expect

  • Discover the best of Tulum's reef in just two hours, with the local team that has been snorkeling these waters for years.

    Your small boat leaves from our booth on the sand at Playa Pescadores, inside Jaguar Park (Tulum National Park). Before heading out to the reef, we stop in front of the Tulum ruins so you can take photos of the ancient Mayan city from the sea while your guide shares its history.

    First stop: the sea turtle and stingray sanctuary. Spend about 45 minutes swimming next to wild sea turtles as they graze and come up for air, while stingrays glide over the sandy bottom.

    Second stop: a beautiful stretch of the Mesoamerican Reef. Spend another 45 minutes floating over coral gardens full of tropical fish – and keep an eye out for nurse sharks resting on the bottom.

    Your guide swims with you the whole time, points out marine life and helps anyone who needs extra support. Life jackets are provided for everyone, so it's ideal for first-timers and families with kids from 5 years old.
