What you can expect

  • Inside a former tuff quarry, you will find a beautiful hidden garden, where our small brewery was established in 2016.

    The tour will begin with a detailed explanation of all the production stages, from the milling of the barley malt to bottling, guided by the experience and passion of the brewers at Birrificio Calènder.

    We then move on to a hands-on session with a demonstration that will take place directly at the tap, where each participant will learn to pour their own beer and discover the tricks for tapping the main types of beer in the world.

    The tour will end with a guided tasting of the beers produced by the brewery, where you will learn to recognize the characteristics of a beer and the hundreds of types that exist in the world, so that you can identify and appreciate a quality product.
