Begin with a pleasant walk through the olive groves, where you’ll learn firsthand about olive cultivation, the landscape, and the key factors that influence oil quality. Then, step inside the production areas to understand how EVOO is made, visiting the mill, cellar, and bottling room. Your guide will explain each stage clearly so you can appreciate the craftsmanship behind a high-quality olive oil.
Next comes the highlight: a guided tasting and sampling of a selection of the estate’s organic “Artajo 10” EVOOs, held in a spectacular tasting room with views over the olive grove. Learn how to recognize aromas and flavors, identify different profiles, and enjoy olive oil with more confidence—whether tasting it on its own or pairing it with food.
Optionally, you can enhance the experience with an olive oil pairing featuring products from the OLI.BAR, the on-site shop with tasting, to explore delicious combinations that bring out the best in each EVOO.
To remember your visit, the tour includes 2 bottles per person (100 ml each) of Artajo 10.
