Your journey begins with a warm welcome and a short introduction to the world of truffles : their natural environment, seasonal cycles, and the techniques used to find them. You will then head into the surrounding forests accompanied by an expert truffle hunter and highly trained dogs. Walk through natural trails and witness the unique bond between hunter and dog as they search for truffles hidden beneath the soil.
After the hunt, return to the estate for a guided food experience. Enjoy a selection of truffle-based dishes prepared with fresh seasonal truffles, paired with carefully selected local wines from the Molise region. This is a moment to relax, taste, and fully appreciate the product.
