Moselle round trip from Trier-Zurlauben, approximately 2 hours. The cruise covers a total length of about 10 kilometers through the Trier Moselle Valley. Landmarks along the way include the Roman Bridge, built in 16 B.C., the old harbor cranes on the riverbank, and St. Matthias Abbey, where the remains of the Apostle Matthias are still buried today. Many believers still make a pilgrimage there every year. Further upstream, the ship turns before the last lock in Germany and continues its journey down the Moselle past the old fishing village of Zurlauben to Pfalzel and back to the starting point.
