What you can expect

Trekking through the jungle and Lake Sandoval
Day 1
We will begin this excursion from our pick-up point at 9:00 a.m., we will travel to the port from where we will board a boat to descend the Madre de Dios River until we reach our lodge.
We will get ready to go to the entrance of the Tambopata Reserve, we will begin a 1-hour walk to reach Lake Sandoval.
Next we will take a rowing canoe to walk around the beautiful lake, hopefully we will be able to see some river otters, birds and others.
Afterwards we will enjoy a delicious lunch.
Then, those who wish can bathe in Lake Sandoval following the instructions of our guide.
5:00 pm. Return to the city of Puerto Maldonado.
