Activity itinerary

The experience begins with the history of basil and the origin of Pesto. Each participant will have a Carrara marble mortar and a wooden pestle with which to prepare the Pesto. The scent of basil will be felt in the air. The prepared pesto will be tasted with traditional bread that will enhance its aromas and flavor. We will accompany the experience with a good glass of wine produced in Sestri Levante. A convivial DA experience in company. The experience will end with the delivery of the certificate of "Chef del pesto" and the "Recipe of pesto" with written all the secrets for the preparation of an excellent dish of traditional trofie with pesto. The recipe is written in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish. At the end of the experience the ritual photographs with the certificate and traditional objects. Private experience.
