Upon arrival at the winery, the reception will take place in the winery park in the summer, and in the anteroom in the cold months.
Later, he will tell you about the family history of the winery and relevant aspects of Uruguayan viticulture.
They will visit the manufacturing plant where the method of making Alta Gama Catamayor wines, bottling plant, and Sensory Room will be explained.
At the end of the experience, you will go down to the Underground Wine Cellar, unique in its style, to taste the wines offered by Catamayor: Cab Franc Rosado - Vieja Parcela Cab Franc - Catamayor Grand Vin - Catamayor Grand Tannat.
The tasting is accompanied by a Mediterranean plate of pickles, sauces and homemade breads.
