Discover the authentic taste of the province of Toledo with a gastronomic experience in an artisanal cheese factory. For about an hour, you'll take part in a guided tasting designed to help you better understand the world of cheese: aromas, textures, ripeness, and how to pair them to get the most out of them.
The tasting includes a selection of 10 artisan cheeses made in Cerrucos de Kanama, accompanied by a glass of organic wine. You'll round off the experience with carefully chosen local products: venison sausages, extra virgin olive oil from Los Montes de Toledo with village bread, natural yogurt, and organic honey. Over five of the cheeses in the tasting have been recognized among the best in the world, making this visit an ideal opportunity to try award-winning references in a close and authentic environment.
The activity takes place in the cheese factory itself, within the Cabañeros National Park, so you can enjoy a unique natural environment all year round. At the end, you'll have time to buy the cheeses you liked the most and take your favorites home.
Departures are available Monday through Sunday at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Book at least 24 hours in advance, and it's available for a minimum of 2 people.
