Tsukiji TamaSushi is celebrating 100th anniversary since its founding in 1924 in Tsukiji, home of the world-famous Tsukiji Market.
In order to convey Japanese culture, Tsukiji TamaSushi has opened a specialty sushi-making studio in Asakusa, offering an immersive culinary experience.
The studio provides not only sushi-making techniques but also insights into the history and culture of sushi, with English-speaking guides available for smooth communication.
You can learn to prepare nigiri sushi and gunkan maki under the guidance of skilled artisans using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
You can enjoy live demonstrations, such as hands-on experiences like grating fresh wasabi.
You receive a personalized certificate and “Ukiyo-e coaster” as keepsakes, with an optional all-you-can-drink package for an additional 1,100 yen.
