What you can expect
Discover the structural marvels and breathtaking skyline of Tokyo on this focused guided tour of Tokyo Skytree, offering access all the way up to the highest observation floor.
Instead of simply riding the elevator, this experience introduces the fascinating history, design, and traditional Japanese craftsmanship behind one of the tallest structures in the world. Meet your guide at the 1st-floor Group Ticket Counter and begin by exploring the SKYTREE GALLERY to understand how this megastructure was built and its deep connection to local downtown culture.
Armed with this knowledge, you will head up to the observation areas. To ensure a seamless experience, your tour includes tickets for both the Tembo Deck (350m) and the higher Tembo Galleria (450m). You will get to walk along the sloping glass-walled corridor at the very top of the tower for an unparalleled, panoramic view of Tokyo.
Your guide will assist you with memorable photo opportunities throughout the experience, including taking pictures for you on the thrilling Glass Floor, where you can look straight down at the steel framework you just learned about.
From above the city, your guide will help you understand Tokyo’s vast layout and point out major landmarks. After the 1.5-hour guided portion concludes, you are free to stay on the observation decks for as long as you like to continue enjoying the views at your own pace.
While the primary focus of this tour is the Skytree itself, if time allows at the end of the experience, your guide can also offer brief tips and support for finding exclusive souvenirs at the nearby shops.
This tour is designed for travelers who want to dive deeper into the story of Tokyo Skytree. It combines architectural insights, full-access tickets to the highest deck, dedicated photo support, and spectacular skyline views in one efficient experience.
