The building directly across from the Imperial Hotel.
Proceed between the ukiyo-e shop and the bar, then take the elevator at the end of the corridor. Please go up to the 8th floor.
A special early lunch moment, regional flavors spread across your palm.
Complete beginners are most welcome.
