Meet your guide at the New Balance Run Hub in the heart of Tokyo and set off on a music-powered run through the city. Follow your guide along a route that weaves through Yoyogi Park's tree-lined paths and the everyday streets where locals actually live.

Rather than rushing through the route, move at a social pace with wireless headphones synced to the day's soundtrack — Hip-Hop/R&B or Reggaeton/Latin. Take in the greenery of one of Tokyo's most beloved parks, the rhythm of the city unfolding around you, and the unassuming energy of neighborhoods just going about their day.

Run 4–5 kilometers along paths that blend nature and urban life, no experience required. The session is designed to match your energy, not the other way around.

After the run, return to the Run Hub to cool down. Catch your breath, swap stories with fellow runners, and step back into Tokyo with that post-run glow still buzzing.
