Whether you’re new to martial arts or a passionate fan, Mari’s energy and passion make this a fun and accessible experience for all ages.

What You’ll Do:
Start with light warm-ups and breathing
Learn basic techniques from Taido and Karate
Practice evasive moves, spinning kicks, and fun sequences
Try safe partner drills or reaction games
End with a fun “movement routine” you can film as a souvenir
Take group photos with martial arts gear and props
