TOKYO’S JDM NIGHT SCENE — UP CLOSE WITH AN EXPERT GUIDE

This tour takes you to one of Tokyo’s legendary JDM gathering spots.

Your guide meets you at Major station. After a quick JDM 101 briefing — what JDM means, why these cars matter, and how these gatherings became legendary — you hit the Tokyo expressway with Pop music playing.

── WHICH SPOT WILL YOU VISIT? ──

DAIKOKU PA
The most famous parking lot in the car world, where three expressways meet. It comes alive at night with GT-Rs, Supras, NSXs, and wild custom builds — the classic JDM gathering. You’ll cruise the legendary Shuto Expressway, the elevated highway that inspired Wangan Midnight and Initial D, on the way there.

UMIHOTARU
A parking area on an artificial island in Tokyo Bay, reached via the Tokyo Aqua-Line — a highway that dives under the sea and rises onto a bridge in open water. JDM owners gather against a 360-degree bay view, with the lights of Tokyo, Yokohama, and Chiba on the horizon. A completely different mood from Daikoku: clearer skies, sea air, open views.

On the shared tour, your guide takes you to whichever spot is most active that night, so you always see a buzzing JDM scene. Want a specific spot guaranteed? Book a Private Tour and tell your guide.

── THE MAIN EVENT ──

Whichever spot you visit, you get up to 2 hours on the ground. Unlike a drive-by tour, your guide stays with you, identifies the cars, and personally talks to owners on your behalf. Want a photo with that pearl-white R34? Want to hear the engine? Want to meet the guy who’s driven the same FD3S for 20 years? Your guide makes it happen in Japanese while you enjoy the experience.

At the end of the tour, we return to our meeting point in Shinjuku, where the tour ends. From there, central Tokyo is just a short train ride away.
