Sea turtles are wild animals. Depending on sea conditions, you may not be able to see them. Please note that refunds cannot be provided if turtles are not spotted.

The schedule may change depending on ocean and weather conditions on the day of the tour.

If your arrival is delayed and your stay on Tokashiki Island is shortened as a result, refunds cannot be provided.
