Mandatory Printing Rule
The booking requires a physical, paper printout of the voucher sent to you after booking.
If you do not bring the printed voucher:
You must re-purchase a new ticket at the port counter on the travel day.
No refunds will be given for your original booking.

To save time and stress, print the voucher BEFORE your travel day.
Convenience Stores (Konbini): This is the easiest option in Japan (Seven-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart).
Save your voucher as a PDF/Image.
Use the store's multi-function copier (Multi Copy Machine) to print from your phone/cloud service.
Your Hotel: Ask the front desk if they offer printing services (e.g., in a business center).
Do not wait until you arrive at the port! Ensure you have the printed copy ready to exchange for your boarding ticket.
