You will learn how to make pasta from a professional Chef with experience in Michelin-star restaurants. I worked in the most prestigious restaurants in Italy (“La bottega del buon caffè” “Cestello Ristoclub” “Sotto sale ristorante Favignana”) and in London ( “Maze by Gordon Ramsey” Pied a terre”). All I know about it is coming from my Grandma, she is born in Bologna, home of authentic Italian pasta. I will bring you a word that leads away and I will show you every secret of making Italian Pasta.

We will show you every secret to achieving amazing pasta dough like in a Michelin-star restaurant. You will taste your amazing creation together with a paring of wine, a master Italian sommelier will drive you into an amazing experience between Italian food and local wines. A unique experience to get closer to Italian culture.
