Overview

Explore the city of Greenville from the streets and trails. We explore the extensive Swamp Rabbit Trail, along with the amazing parks that dot each area. Optionally, we can instead move into the city and see all the things to do there. Greenville has an incredible amount of food and shopping for you to explore.

We can also customize and mix any of our other tours into this experience. Whether you want to add in history, art, or even ghost stories we know all about them. Within reason, we'll change up your tour in any way you want. We could even stop by some local eateries or breweries to get some samples, as we do on our “Greenville Sampler” tour.

Keep in mind that this is a “Bring Your Own Bike” tour. We will not provide you a bicycle, as rentals in the area are extremely expensive. We will let you know where you can get one, if you are staying at a quality hotel they have free bike services at many of them. Call us about any questions in this area.

Activity itinerary

Unity Park
  • 30m
This is our main attraction on the tour, and almost every client will see this at some point. With over 20 restaurants, a massive tower to honor the troops, and 60 acres of space, it is a huge deal. Extensive biking paths also run through the entire area, which makes it a great place to cut loose.
Cancer Survivors Park (Pass by)
Our main tour takes us mostly through the park system, and you won't want to miss this. There is one reason: the Leap of Faith Boardwalk. A sturday and majestic wooden boardwalk stretches up around three stories into the trees, with an unbelievable view of the park below. It's something you don't want to miss. The park itself is a true inspiration to cancer survivors and suferers alike, with inspirational quotes and artwork throughout.
Falls Park on the Reedy
  • 30m
The main draw of almost all the tours in this area, Falls Park is known all over the world. We've had guests come from as far as Russia just to see this one area. With a majestic waterfall and extensive trails, you're sure to love it if you are a cycling fanatic. It is also a great picture spot for any tour and we are happy to get some shots of you.
Linky Stone Park: The Children's Garden (Pass by)
Right on the side of the Swamp Rabbit Trail lies a small, cute garden. It has multiple structures themed for everything from Hansel and Gretel to Goldilocks and the Three Bears. It's a little bit of magic, right on the side of the trail.
Gather GVL (Pass by)
Those looking for food might want to stop at Gather Greenville, a multi-store food court that often hosts live music. They have burgers, sushi, and even lobster rolls here. Fire pit tables keep the area warm during the colder months, and add a bit of style. For those who are environmentally conscious, most of the building is made out of old shipping containers, which is pretty cool. This stop is also optional.
Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery
  • 15m
A huge variety of organic food, coffee, and even locally made bread are the hallmarks of this grocery. More of a small cafe, it has a rustic charm that you are probably looking for on your tour. Always packed, it's a favorite of the locals in the area. We see this on our normal tour down the Swamp Rabbit Trail, but may skip it if you would like to see more of the city.
Camperdown Mill (Pass by)
Touring this section of the city is optional, but Camperdown is right next to Falls Park so it isn't a huge departure. It was originally a major part of the textile industry of our city, making a huge amount of clothing and once acting as the main mill in the city. Today, there is a wealth of food and activities. These include Larkins, arguably our best steakhouse with some of the best wine in town. Another big activity is Group Therapy, that hosts axe throwing and an incredible mini-golf course. Finally, there is a great picture spot with the Greenville Mural.
Fluor Field (Pass by)
Another optional stop if you want to see more of the city, Flour Field is home to the single A Greenville Drive. They are the farm team of the Redsox, and they came here because Shoeless Joe Jackson is from the general area. The stadium itself is a miniature replica of Fenway Park, it even has a Green Monster just like that building. If you are a baseball fan, you might want to let us know that you want to see this.
Main Street
  • 30m
You can also choose to explore downtown Greenville instead of seeing the Swamp Rabbit Trail, if you want. Attractions here include: -The historic and beautiful Westin Poinsett Hotel -Our most popular store in Downtown, the Mast General Store -Beautiful sculpture work in places like One City Plaza -Several of the Mice on Main, based on the children's book, Goodnight Moon There are hundreds of restaurants, art galleries and more in the city to explore. So if you would like to check this out instead of the trail, let us know.
