  • If you select the option with guided visit to Teotihuacan and Guadalupe Shrine, the drop-off location is the same as the meeting location, although clients will be able to stay at the Basilica as long as they want and then return on their own.
  • Flight duration may vary depending on weather conditions.
  • The tour is inaccessible for pregnant women, wheelchair users, people with mobility impairments, with blood pressure or cardiorespiratory problems, or with a weignt grater than 150 kg.
  • Children must be at least 4 years old and have a height greater than 1.20 m to fly on the balloon.
  • For the Only Teotihuacan Balloon Ride, clients must get to the balloon port on their own.
  • The starting times vary depending on the year's season, which are from October to March and from April to September.
