What you can expect

The Bonzara Experience at Tenuta Bonzara, located in the heart of the Colli Bolognesi, offers the opportunity to learn firsthand about all the stages of winemaking: from harvesting to bottling and food tasting.

Your guided visit will begin among the rows of vines (weather permitting), where you will discover the pruning and harvesting techniques. Then you will visit the cellar and the production facilities, learn about the history of the winery, and finally visit the fascinating barrel cellar, the heart of the Bonzara Estate.

At the end of the visit, you will take a seat in the winery's elegant dedicated tasting room for a guided food tasting of five wines paired with local food delicacies such as Bologna Mortadella IGP and Parmigiano Reggiano.
