What you can expect

The Bonzara Experience at Tenuta Bonzara, located in the heart of the Colli Bolognesi, offers the opportunity to learn firsthand about all the stages of winemaking: from harvesting to bottling and tasting.

Your guided tour will start among the rows of vines (weather permitting), where you'll discover pruning and harvesting techniques. Then you'll visit the winery and the production area, learn about the history of the company, and finally visit the fascinating barrel cellar, the heart of the Bonzara Estate.

At the end of the visit, you'll take a seat in the elegant dedicated tasting room of the winery for a guided tasting of five wines paired with local gastronomic delicacies such as Mortadella IGP from Bologna and Parmigiano Reggiano.
