What you can expect

The Bonzara Experience at Tenuta Bonzara, located in the heart of the Bologna Hills, offers the opportunity to learn about all the stages of winemaking firsthand: from harvesting to bottling and tasting.

Your guided tour will begin among the rows of vines (weather permitting), where you will learn about pruning and harvesting techniques. You will then visit the wine cellar and the production area, learn about the history of the winery, and finally visit the fascinating barrel cellar, the heart of Tenuta Bonzara.

At the end of the tour, you will take a seat in the winery's elegant dedicated tasting room for a guided tasting of five wines, paired with local culinary delicacies such as Bologna Mortadella IGP and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
