Pico Viejo: 30 Minuts Pico Viejo is the second-highest volcano in Tenerife, rising to about 3,135 meters next to Mount Teide inside Teide National Park. It features a huge volcanic crater about 800 meters wide, formed by past eruptions, the most recent of which occurred in 1798. From its summit, visitors can enjoy spectacular views of Mount Teide, the island’s rugged lava fields, and, on clear days, several neighboring Canary Islands. At this stop we will reach an altitude of 2000 meters.
