The experience of a first dive is exciting from start to finish. It starts with a warm welcome from our team of expert instructors, who'll give you a detailed introduction to diving equipment and basic safety techniques. You'll feel comfortable and ready to dive into the fascinating underwater world.

Once you're all set, you'll head into the water with your instructor. On the surface, you'll get final instructions on how to use the equipment and communicate underwater.
The feeling of floating and breathing underwater for the first time is truly magical. As you descend, you'll find yourself surrounded by a variety of colorful and fascinating marine life. From tropical fish to turtles and different types of stingrays, every moment underwater is a chance to discover something new and exciting.

Your instructor will be by your side at all times, guiding you through this incredible adventure and making sure you feel safe and comfortable at all times. You'll feel like you're flying as you glide through the water, exploring every corner of Tenerife's seabed.

After exploring for about 30 to 45 minutes, you'll head back up to the surface, taking with you unforgettable memories of your first dive.
