Visit the Family Wine Cellar

Arrive at Rostomaant Marani’s cellar in Telavi, where you’ll be welcomed by your host — the owner himself.

Here, you will:

Explore a traditional Georgian wine cellar
Learn about the 8,000-year-old Qvevri winemaking tradition, recognized by UNESCO
See and experience 8000-year-old Qvevri wine making tradition which is still actively used today
Hear authentic stories passed down through generations

Khinkali Masterclass & Lunch Experience

Duration: 2–4 hours (total experience)

Roll up your sleeves and join a hands-on Khinkali (Georgian dumpling) masterclass.

You will:

Learn how to prepare and fold traditional Khinkali
Choose between meat or vegetarian fillings
Cook your own handmade dumplings

After the class, enjoy a warm, home-style lunch including:

Your freshly made Khinkali
Homemade cheese (produced at Rostomaant Marani)
Fresh local bread
Seasonal jams
A selection of house wines
