Discover the beauty, flavors, and traditions of Georgia’s famous Kakheti Wine Region on this unforgettable full-day experience from Tbilisi. Enjoy premium wine tastings, breathtaking landscapes, historic landmarks, and authentic local culture in one of the world’s oldest wine-producing regions.
The meeting point is between 10:30 AM and 10:45 AM, with departure at 11:00 AM from the Giant Bicycle Monument in Tbilisi. Our team wears red scarves, making it easy for guests to identify us.
Our first stop is the famous KTW Warehouse, where you will taste a selection of Georgian wines and brandy while learning about the country’s ancient winemaking traditions. The journey continues to Vineria, a cozy local wine cellar where guests enjoy additional wine tastings and have the opportunity to enjoy traditional Georgian lunch (lunch is optional and available for an extra charge).
Next, we visit Badiauri Village, where guests can taste traditional Georgian Churchkhela and optionally participate in a traditional bread-making workshop for an additional 5 GEL.
The tour also includes a visit to the beautiful Bodbe Monastery, one of Georgia’s most important religious sites, surrounded by peaceful gardens and stunning views.
Afterward, explore Sighnaghi, known as the “City of Love,” famous for its charming streets, colorful balconies, and panoramic views of the Alazani Valley. Guests will also visit the historic Sighnaghi Wall, one of the longest fortress walls in the world.
The day concludes with a sunset stop in Kakheti. While sunset visibility depends on weather conditions, we always do our best to provide the best possible experience.
The tour returns to Tbilisi at approximately 10:00 PM, depending on traffic conditions.
